When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged 24-72 hours after you place your
order. We require pre-payment on
all orders to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping prices vary and our shopping cart system will calculate
the shipping for you. We ship within the 50 United States including Hawaii and Alaska.
If you want international shipping please contact our customer service department
for a quote and availability. Most items that are "Free Shipping" indicate
so in the item description. "Free Shipping" is available to the United
States only. Any shipping or delivery charges incurred by Momentum that are not
pre-ordered will be billed directly to the customer.
Products ship via ground with either common carrier, UPS or FedEx
Ground. If you require a phone call prior to delivery please advise us when you
place your order or prior to delivery.
Do you have a store?
We have manufacturing facility based Southern California.
How do I pay by check?
To pay by check, please add all of your items you want to purchase
into our online shopping cart. Continue by adding your name and shipping information
to reflect the shipping charges. Simply print out the web page with this information
and mail to us at 44 7th st. Hermosa Beach Ca. Please notifiy us ahead of time by
calling our customer service number at 949.838.4537. Be sure your check total reflects
the shipping charges and the address you want the shipment to go to. Payment will
need to clear before items can be shipped.
How will my goods be shipped?
UPS Deliveries, Fed Ex, or the USPS. Most surfboard orders are
shipped via Fed Ex ground and take a standard 3 to 5 days.
Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. You may want to ship
to a friend or relative who can then forward your shipment.
What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
Most of our products are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty. Please contact us should you need help with warranty issues of products
you have purchased through our company.
Who Handles Customer Service?
Please contact us for service on your order and we will do everything
we can to help. The manufacturer usually handles parts and replacements for your
products. Our customer service representatives can help you with any questions or
problems you may have at

What is the Return Policy?
Please contact us should you need to return a product purchased.
Please also provide us with your name and order number of what product you are returning.
You will be responsible for the round trip freight if the good has already been
shipped/produced. There will be a 40% stocking fee. All returns must be in their
original packaging. You have 7 days to return an item from the date of delivery.
You will be refunded once the manufacturer receives the returned item.
Refusing Delivery?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you have
tried to cancel the order but the order has already shipped and you refuse the delivery
we will handle this as a return and it will fall under our return policy. Should
you receive the product and you decide longer what you want so you refuse delivery
we will handle this also as a return and it will fall under our return policy.
