Each board has been designed using the latest in 3D modeling technology. All board manufacturing strictly uses high precision CNC milling. Each board is milled within a millimeter of precision.
Momentum boards are all made using epoxy resin. The polyester resin used by the majority of the industry is brittle and weak. The use of epoxy resin makes for a stronger board that is more durable on impact. This translates to increased longevity for your board. The application of epoxy resin also allows for use of lighter foams that usually would not be compatible with conventional polyester resin. Not to mention epoxy resin is also more eco-friendly.
This type of foam works great with epoxy lamination. It creates a strong bond and is far lighter than conventional polyurethane blanks. The end result is a surfboard that is ultra-light and maneuverable.
